Woolsocks vouchers work like most gift cards. After purchasing your voucher, you'll receive two emails - a purchase confirmation email and another email that contains a voucher code and PIN and/or a barcode. When you're ready to use your voucher, just shop as usual at the selected merchant, and present the voucher when you pay. It's that easy!
- To use your voucher in-store, show the cashier the barcode when you're ready to pay. This barcode can be found in the email you've received from Woolsocks.
- For online transactions, input the voucher code on the checkout screen. Some merchants also require you to input a PIN, which you can find in the same email as the voucher code itself. Some merchants, [such as AirBnB,] require that you add your voucher to your account prior to redemption.
Please keep in mind that not all vouchers can be used both online and in-store. This information is clearly visible in the Woolsocks app before you select and purchase the voucher and also in your purchase confirmation email. Once your purchase is confirmed, we will not be able to refund or modify your selected voucher.
