I've lost or can't find the email containing my voucher code, what should I do?

If you can't find the email containing your voucher code and/or barcode, first check your junk mailbox. Be sure to check the mailbox of the email address associated with your Woolsocks account. 

If it's not there, contact our support team with details of your gift card purchase, including the order number, purchase date, the amount, and the merchant.
