My request was declined. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that your request got declined.

When we decline a request, it is mostly with reason. Was the information visible on the receipt? Did you participate in the correct deal? The reason is clarified in the mail you receive directly after.

Luckily you can join the deal again and send us your receipt.  


Tip! Make sure when you send the receipt for your cashback request that the following information is visible: 
 
- Name of the store 
- Product + price 
- Purchase date + time 
- Discount (optionally)
