Why is my Cashback Sock empty?

Your Cashback Sock may be empty for a few reasons:

  • It is quite likely that your cashback transaction is still pending confirmation from the store. We kindly ask you to wait up to 3 days after your purchase. If the issue persists after 3 days, please click this link and our support team will be happy to assist you.
  • Your cashback transaction has not been registered correctly. Mistakes can happen and sometimes, for some reason, transactions are not recorded. If you believe this may have happened to you, please click this link so we can investigate your case further.

In order to receive cashback, you have to make purchases via the shopping section in the Woolsocks app.
