What does Woolsocks use my data for?

Woolsocks needs your personal data for:

  •  For the performance of the Woolsocks Platform terms of use, we process and analyse your Personal Data to ensure that you are able to use the Woolsocks Platform and provide you with the Default Services.
  • In addition, we process your personal data for our legitimate interest to improve the Default Services. In doing so, we ensure that the impact on your privacy is as limited as possible, by, amongst others, aggregating your personal data to the extent possible.
  • Woolsocks will retain your Personal Data in relation to the purposes mentioned above for of one year after you unregister your Woolsocks Platform account or otherwise terminate the Woolsocks Platform terms of use or agreement(s) for the Termination and Bank Account Services.
  • Based on your consent, we furthermore process your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes – as further described in the respective consent form. We retain your Personal Data for these purposes until you withdraw your consent.

Woolsocks will only process Personal Data to the extent necessary for the described purposes.

If there is a necessity or need to process Personal Data for other purposes, it shall be investigated by Woolsocks whether the purposes of the intended data processing is compatible with the original purposes. Woolsocks shall provide the Data Subject prior to that further processing with information on that other purposes.
