Why are my accounts not updating?

It is possible that your transactions may not update consistently with your purchases.
 
If you find that your transactions are not updating, you can refresh your payment data in the app's setting.
 
To refresh your data:
  • Visit the Profile section
  • Tap on Linked Accounts
  • Tap the Bank account you wish to refresh
  • Select "Refresh your payment data"
Alternatively, you can disconnect and reconnect the connection between your bank and Woolsocks.
 
In the same screen, you can remove the connection with your bank account. The bank can then be reconnected in the Linked accounts section or in My Accounts.
