If you want to ensure you receive cashback on your purchases, please keep the following points in mind:
- Make your purchase directly after tapping the store's link in the Woolsocks app. Do not visit any other websites during your purchase and ensure that you are not redirected to the store's app.
- Read the merchant T&C's fully before using a discount code or voucher. You can read more about this here.
- Make your purchase fully online. Do not modify your order or contact the shop's customer service (by telephone or in another way).
- Accept the cookies from the web store. These ensure that your purchase will be registered by Woolsocks.
If your cashback purchase hasn't shown up in your Cashback Sock after three business days, please file a missed cashback claim with our customer support. Please also keep in mind that Woolsocks cannot compensate cashback for unrecognised transactions that have been made with certain types of merchants, including casinos and subscription services.
