If you have a forgotten subscription, Woolsocks can help you out with the cancellation by sending a request to cancel it on your behalf.
You just need to follow the next steps:
- Go to your transaction panel, as soon as Woolsocks detects that there is a subscription, you will be asked if you want to proceed with the cancellation.
- If you select yes, a cancellation letter will be created automatically. Before selecting yes, we recommend you to check your contract.
- Woolsocks will send the cancellation letter to the company and that´s it!
- Soon you should receive a email confirming the cancellation.
