Why do I see an additional processing fee on my bank account when purchasing a voucher?

When you purchase a voucher in the Woolsocks app, you will make the payment via Mollie.

This is a third-party payment provider that Woolsocks uses to facilitate purchases in a quick and easy manner.

As you can connect and use a bank account from over 30 European countries, it may be possible that your bank will levy a processing fee to complete the transaction.

If this fee is charged, it will appear directly on the account you have used. Woolsocks will cover fees charged by Mollie, however As this is a charge from your bank, Woolsocks cannot compensate or reimburse this.
