I Can't Make a Payout

Although your balance is positive in your cashback sock, sometimes it won't be possible to make a payout. Here are some of the reasons why this might be the case:

  • You already have a pending payout, so until that payout request is processed, it won't be possible to make a new one.
  • Your payout is in a pending state, which means it cannot be processed. This is because the IBAN used for this request has been previously used in another Woolsocks account or is linked to another user's account, which is not possible. Remember that in Woolsocks, only one unique bank account can be used per user. Therefore, even if two people from the same household share a bank account, only one of them can benefit from the rewards of that account.

Please note that international bank transfers typically take between 3 and 4 business days to be received.
