When you first use the Vitesse Fanzone as a season ticket holder, you'll be asked to choose your season ticket benefit.
You have two options:
(1) Fixed cashback for every home match
If you pick fixed cashback, you'll receive a cashback reward after every home match. You'll need to claim it in the app within 14 days. Over the whole season, this can add up to 12% of your season ticket value (excluding the €1 welcome cashback you get right away).
Important: To receive the cashback, you must claim it after each home match by tapping the button in the Fanzone. If you don't claim within 14 days, that match's cashback expires.
(2) Predict the match for extra rewards
If you go for the prediction option, you can make a prediction for every match. With correct predictions, you can win cashback prizes through the Wheel of Fortune, plus extra fan prizes through the leaderboard. Note: you can only make this choice once. After you decide, you can't switch during the season.
