Possible reasons:
- You only see the wheel if you have won something with a correct prediction.
- The wheel appears only after the match results have been processed, usually shortly after the final whistle.
- You must have chosen cashback via Predict the Match. Fixed cashback users cannot spin.
- No season ticket means no participation in the wheel.
