My PIN has been blocked

At Woolsocks, we prioritise your privacy and security. For this reason, every time you re-open the app, we ask you to enter your PIN. 
Everyone makes mistakes, so don't worry if you've entered an incorrect code, you can try again later!
Please keep in mind that there is a timeout period for incorrect entries, these times are listed below. 
  • 1st block: 30 seconds
  • 2nd block: 1 minute
  • 3rd block: 3 minutes
  • 4th and 5th blocks: 30 minutes

After entering an incorrect PIN five times, the timeout periods will reset. This means after your fifth block, you will have to wait 30 seconds to try a sixth time, and so on.
