Why are rewards disabled for my connected bank account?

If you notice the label "Rewards disabled" next to any of your connected bank accounts, it means you will not receive automatic rewards or gift card redemptions for this account. This can occur due to the following reasons:

  • Multiple Connections: If you've connected the same bank account more than once. To resolve this, simply remove the duplicate bank account connection.

  • Previously Connected Account: If the bank account was already linked to another Woolsocks account. This situation often arises with shared bank accounts. For instance, if you and your partner both use Woolsocks but have connected the same shared bank account, only the person who connected the bank account first will be eligible for rewards.

To ensure you're eligible for rewards, make sure each IBAN is connected to only one Woolsocks account.
