In the Energy Saver, we show the monthly amount based on the energy consumption you entered. We also include any discounts in this monthly amount. However, some providers calculate the monthly installment based on the historical energy usage of your home. This usage might be higher than what you have entered, which is why the amounts may differ. Still, you will never pay more than what you actually use. If, at the end of the year, you’ve paid more for your energy than you’ve used, the difference will be refunded to you through the annual statement.
