You will receive the cashback for signing your new energy contract through the app in your Cashback Sock. This happens once the energy supplier has approved it. Depending on the supplier, this may take an average of 2–3 months.
Discount
The discount is provided directly by the energy supplier and is usually deducted from your energy bill. In general, you receive the discount at the end of your energy contract, for example, in your annual statement. In some cases, it is paid out as a separate payment in the final month of your contract. The exact moment you receive the discount can be found in the terms and conditions of your energy contract.
