My gift card did not work! What should I do?

1. Check the redemption instructions in the app.
   Always follow the gift card redemption instructions found in the app. These instructions are the most recent and correct for the gift card you purchased.
2. Read the terms and conditions carefully.
   Some gift cards cannot be redeemed offline or may have other restrictions. Make sure you understand these before attempting to redeem.
3. If you are certain it’s not your fault:
   If the gift card still doesn’t work despite following all instructions, please let customer service know.
