What happens after I submit a claim?

Step 1: We review it
We check that your claim is complete (invoice, order number) and look for reasons why your cashback might not have registered—like a discount code from another site or store conditions that weren't met.

Step 2: We contact the store
If your claim looks valid, we forward it to the online store. Some stores credit your cashback right away. Most need time to verify the purchase on their end.

Step 3: We follow up
We keep track of all claims and send reminders if a store takes too long to respond. Even if you don't hear from us for a while, your claim hasn't been forgotten.

How long does it take?

Resolution times vary widely—from a few days to several months, depending on the store.

Some stores respond quickly. Others take longer, and a few may not respond at all. We do everything we can to get you a resolution, but we can't force stores to act.

Why can't I submit more claims?

The app limits claims if you've submitted several recently. This prevents overloading stores with requests.
