Why is my Cashback Sock empty?

There are a few reasons that your Cashback Sock may be empty.
 
It is quite likely that your cashback transaction is still pending confirmation by the merchant. Most cashback transactions are approved by the merchant within two weeks. However, sometimes there is an extended waiting period prior to approval.
 
Your Cashback Sock might also be empty because your transaction was not correctly registered in the app. Mistakes happen, and although we strive to correctly identify every purchase, sometimes one might have slipped through the cracks.
